Stephen Buescher is considered one of the leading young artists and master teachers in American physical theatre today. He says, ”Movement training sits at the intersection where perspiration, observation, inspiration and imagination collide. The body thinks. The body plays. The body acts. Stephen Buescher is an actor, director, choreographer, and teaching artist who has designed and led movement training curriculums for various master’s programs including Brown University/Trinity Repertory Consortium and the American Conservatory Theater, and is professor in the MFA at University of California-San Diego. He has directed and acted in many theaters and festivals throughout the world. Stephen has also been a long time company member with Dell’ Arte International performing both nationally and internationally.
